Datin Lim Ai Ping is our Director of Corporate Affairs since 2009. She is handling full spectrum of Corporate Affairs related matters, Human Resource & Administrative duties.
Datin Lim holds a Bsc of Arts in Business Administration in University of Hertfordshire, UK. She has more than 22 years of working experience undertaking roles pertaining to the secretarial, human resources (HR) and administration roles.
Mr. Lee Sing Ting is our Chief Financial Officer since year 2018. He has more than 32 years working experience in corporate financing, external & internal audit, financial & management account, accounting, taxation, and treasury specialising in property development, construction, engineering consultancy and investment.
Mr. Lee started his working career as an audit assistant even before he complete his studies. He subsequently join several group of companies involve in property development, construction and investment since 1996 as an Accounts Executive and he progressively promoted to Senior Finance Manager.
Mr. Lee graduated from AIA professional accountancy in 1999 and in 2003, he was admitted member of The Association of International Accountants.
Mr. Wong Seek Lim is our Group General Manager since year 2018. He is ensuring and monitoring all the departments deliver quality works to clients, overseeing projects and interpreting performance reports, creating and implementing strategies for business growth and improving internal process for better productivity.
Mr. Wong graduated with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and he has more than 30 years of experience in the construction fields- Contract & Construction Management.
Mr. Shenton Maniam is our Head of Legal & Corporate Communication since year 2016. He was called to the Bar in 1996 and has acted as legal counsel and advisor in a broad ranges of construction, infrastructure and commercial projects and related disputes. He regularly acts in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as arbitration and adjudication. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.).
Mr. Shenton has acted for various clients in more than 30 adjudication matters and has conducted as lead counsel in more than 30 arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Shenton now specializes in construction disputes and provide legal advised and solutions to various issues on construction law.
Mr. Freddis Tee Kok Tai is one of our company Project Director since year 2016. He is primarily in charge of leading the overall construction of project with due regard to constructability and implementation.
Mr. Freddis graduated with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and he has more than 32 years of experiences in construction fields- Civil Engineering works. He handles major multi-million dollar projects and has a wide range of clients from both corporate or private sectors.
Mr. Freddis also responsible for ensuring the project completion and deliver to client on schedule, within the budget and also the quality of workmanship specified ie. Conquas, ISO9002, Qlasiss, Builqas and Shassic standard.
Mr. Liew Wee Min is one of our company Project Director. He is primarily in charge of leading the overall construction of project with due regard to constructability and implementation.

Mr. Ho graduated with a Professional Certification in Marketing and he has more than 24 years of experiences in construction fields- Project Management. He handles major multi-million dollar projects and has a wide range of clients from both corporate or private sectors.

Ms. Diana Song Yee Kee is our company Contract Manager and joined our group since 2019. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s post-contract works which include subcontract awarding, monitoring of Contract Department staff on the material delivery schedule, progress claim submission to clients, tender submissions and contract-related matters.
Ms. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. She has more than 16 years of experience in monitoring pre and post contract duties in property development and construction industries.
Cik Husnah Fatimah is our company QA/QC Manager.
Cik Husnah graduated with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and she has more than 12 years of experience in charge of QA/QC on the company’s architectural works and ISO documentation.
